In this part two I would like to share with you the dilution ratios for application, a Top Ten list of essential oils, and what their uses and benefits are. Dilutions & Applications
Massage oil/lotion Use 12-14 drops with 1 oz of carrier oil such as almond, apricot kernel, or jojoba
Compress Use 5-7 drops with 1 oz of water
Bath Use 4-8 drops of essential oil in a full tub of water
Foot Bath Add 2-4 drops of essential oil in a large bowl of water
Facial Steam 2-3 drops in bowl of hot water
Face Oil 1-2 drops per 1/3 oz of oil
Hair Oil Use 5-7 drops of essential oil in one once carrier oil
